Introducing MAS 4.11.0: Improve Your App Open Ads, and More!

· 2 min read

We've just released a big update for MAS SDK, version 4.11.0. It's packed with improvements and changes to make things better for app developers. This post is meant as an overview of everything new and exciting about this update to help you boost earnings, keep up with new standards, and improve app performance.

Improved Ad Networks: Boosting Earnings

Key changes include adding Google bidding and CSJ to the App Open Ad format, along with bringing in Yandex bidding, and Pangle bidding for all ad types. This greatly expands reach and improves efficiency.

Staying Compliant: Meeting New Standards

To keep up with regulatory requirements, we've updated the compileSdkVersion to version 33. We've also made sure that the GDPR consent form shows up before the ATT form in the EEA region, an important step to comply with iOS rules and protect user privacy.

Switching to the compliant version of the inmobi-ads SDK (10.5.5+) shows our dedication to high standards, which also includes stopping the use of the non-compliant MyTarget network.

Improving Stability: Better App Performance

Fixing stability issues, including ANRs and crashes, is a big priority, and something we always work hard to improve. These fixes are crucial for a smooth and reliable app experience, reducing user frustration, and keeping users engaged. Fewer stability issues means higher engagement and retention!

Moving Away from V1 API

We're phasing out support for the older V1 API and encourage those still using it to switch to the newer APIs for a better, more efficient user experience.

Take Advantage of New Features

With the MAS SDK 4.11.0 update, developers can increase their earnings while ensuring their apps comply with regulations and run smoothly. Update now to stay ahead in the rapidly changing tech world. Our support team is always ready to help with setup and making the most of these improvements.
